Blessing upon coffee

OK, it's a little old, but I definitely need this prayer some mornings.

His carafe of goodness endureth forever! Best of all when that blessed coffee is from the Wyoming Carmelites...my morning java helps fund their monastery. Win-win!

I'm the same way. Pretty much all my coffee comes from Mystic Monk now. A bit more expensive than the store-brand stuff I used to drink, but well worth the difference. Plus, the monks make some really good coffee!

LOL...awesome blessing. I'm going to start praying that every morning.

I still need to try Mystic Monk, but I haven't because of the cost. But it calls to me....is there a women's community that makes it so I can enter that one and wallow in prayer amongst coffee beans?

I don't think the Cistercians/Trappists venture into the world of special roasts....

Adoro,

Not that I'm trying to tempt you or anything (OK, maybe a little), but they do have "6 monk" and "9 monk" samplers that are pretty cheap. Be forewarned that Mystic Monk Coffee is very addictive, especially if you like good coffee.

And, if you buy $40 worth, the shipping is free. Part of your tithe can go to the monks, and then they send you Coffee from Heaven!
